Once upon a time people thought that bathing was unhealthy. Perfumes were invented for the most part to cover up the smell of unbathed bodies. Of course it was only later that we discovered that taking a bath is actually beneficial to the human body. But if you bathe too much you can end up stripping your body of oils and cells it so desperately needs. Once a day is sufficient to keep your body healthy. Getting plenty of sleep is also important. We are pushing our bodies to accomplish more and more in the course of a day. This means that we are staying up later and later. Then we get up even earlier in the morning to finish up. This leaves us with very little time to get the rest we really need. Your sleep time is important time for the body to fix the damage that was done the previous day. Sleep is how we "recharge" our "batteries." There is more to leading a healthy life than just eating natural foods and going for a run every now and then. Staying healthy means attending to your whole body and not just to one or two parts of it.
